Condition: We guarantee your order will arrive in suitable condition, arriving either frozen or chilled.
Accuracy: We guarantee that you will receive the item that you order, and it will be the size indicated on our site or larger.
If you feel that the product you received does not meet the standards listed, please contact us within 30 days of the receipt of your product and our team will gladly assist you in honoring our guarantee. We reserve the right to put claims through a review process to ensure that they are warranted and accurate.
