Snake River Farms FAQs

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Snake River Farms Standard Shipping consists of two day delivery via Fed Ex or UPS. To receive shipments within two days, deliveries must be received by 12 pm Eastern, Monday through Wednesday. Standard shipping for orders received after 12 pm EST on Wednesday, will be shipped the following Monday. Saturday deliveries are not available.

For overnight orders to be received the next day, your order must be received by 12 pm Eastern, Monday through Thursday. Express shipping for orders received after 12 pm EST on Thursday, will be shipped the following Monday. Saturday deliveries are currently not available.

Snake River Farms. delivers within the United States with the exception of Puerto Rico, Guam and other U.S. territories. At this time, we are unable to process international orders or deliver to PO and APO/FPO Boxes.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

All orders are charged according to weight, destination and type of delivery . Charges will be calculated during check-out.

HOW WILL MY PRODUCTS BE PACKAGED FOR SHIPPING?

We specially hand pack each individual order to ensure that your products are received in optimal condition. Each package includes a re-usable insulated cooler and frozen gel packs to maintain the appropriate temperature for your product(s) during shipping. Your Snake River Farms American Wagyu Beef and/or Kurobuta Pork will arrive either frozen or chilled.

Quality: We guarantee that you will receive the highest quality meat products. 

Condition: We guarantee your order will arrive in suitable condition, arriving either frozen or chilled.

Accuracy: We guarantee that you will receive the item that you order, and it will be the size indicated on our site or larger.

If you feel that the product you received does not meet the standards listed, please contact us within 30 days of the receipt of your product and our team will gladly assist you in honoring our guarantee. We reserve the right to put claims through a review process to ensure that they are warranted and accurate.
